PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO AGREE TO THE SAID TERMS & CONDITIONS BY ACCEPTING WITH THE TICK SIGN AS YOUR APPROVAL.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GO THROUGH ALL THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE SAID USAGE OF MOBILE APP AND WE WOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTION THERE OF. We, ALLMILES, M/s MEDIAMILES PRIVATE LIMITED, license you to use W App, (‘ALLMILES Multimodal App’), the data supplied with the software and any updates or supplements to it & the online booking website, (‘ALLMILES Website’), as permitted in these terms:

The ALLMILES App mobile application software requires a smartphone device with relevant software and sufficient memory. We support Android 4.4 Kitkat Version & above & iOS with 10.0 & above.

PACKAGE BOOKING

INTRODUCTION:

While we bet you already know at the details of the packages as generic ideas; this guide will let you know all the small things that you can get benefit from, and we want you to read this carefully so that you can optimally use the same. ALLMILES PACKAGE is easy, simple, and elegant with convenience at best affordable prices you will love to enjoy your travel time with. So basically, you can now enjoy your travel and book by the hour and or KM, whichever is first. But would like to go one step further and help you select the best package. This will help you make the most of your package’s queries being solved. This is typically being used, when you have multiple stopovers or must execute your journey in bits and parts. This then becomes very easy to use travel option while having the fleet at your disposal entirely and use it the way you want it. With ALLMILES, you get to retain your vehicle at affordable hourly packages. So be it multiple pick-ups and multiple drops or something which you don't know how your travel would be, the same vehicle will take you around and wait to bring you back. That’s one vehicle for all your travel needs – no multiple bookings or no waiting for multiple vehicles. Isn't it a completely cool and new way of enjoying your travel.

Terms And Conditions:
Multiple Stops:

You can have Multiple stops but within the per KM range or time limit as selected by you in the package

  • All Toll or Parking expenses will be additional and shall be paid by passenger and collected by kaptan as and when required

OUTSTATION BOOKING

Terms And Conditions:
  • Fare will be always considered with point to point
  • Minimum KM for out station will be 10 KM for point to point
  • There won't be any multi point pickup and drops, as this violates other state aggregation norms
  • There won't be any return opportunity assured unless we have our presence in that other state
  • Out station will not attract any kaptan bata over for day or night charges
  • KM rate designed is considering the additional cost for kaptan bata, permit and taxes for neighboring state
  • Convenience fee will be 10% of the fleet charges is applicable.
  • Convenience will be charged directly to passengers in addition to fleet charges
  • GST will be 5% on overall fees, TDS 1% will be deducted from fleet owners share
  • Any out-station duty will have compulsory pick up location from the city limits and drop in any other city, not vice versa unless we have tie-up with other city.
  • Package or City Ride duty will not be transferred or converted to outstation or vice a versa
  • Travel minutes will be charged at INR 1.0 per Minute.
  • Any additional travel or waiting time within a slot of 30 mins will be round up to the nearest hour
  • Any balance / cash payment not paid digitally shall be collected by the kaptan and update to the fleet owner to the same
  • All Toll or Parking expenses will be additional and shall be paid by passenger and collected by kaptan as and when required

  • We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ALLMILES App, we always remain the owners of ALLMILES App
  • We are an intermediary between you and the provider to you of transport services by licensed kaptans, licensed under the gamut of State Transport Department & we do not provide transport services directly. You can use ALLMILES App to book a transport provider for a convenience fee, subject to the length of the journey plus waiting time
  • ALLMILES App accept your booking and allocate this to the transport provider. Trip fees is payable by digital mode(Debit/credit/net Banking/wallet, etc.).
  • You are restricted to not to copy, recopy, code- recode, distribute license, compress-zip & unzip, reverse the code, decompile, change the code or otherwise disassemble, rent, lease, sub-license, adapt, modify, vary, or modify in part or full, the ALLMILES App. You may not remove any copyright or trademark, which are assigned & at all times will remain within the framework as framed by the ALLMILES team
  • Following acceptance of these terms and conditions, it is mandatory & must register and set up an account on ALLMILES App. Registration requires you to submit your name, mobile phone number, email address. You will be able to amend certain information on ALLMILES App or by contacting the administrator or by your own with authentication process again being applied
  • Being Digital First, we always encourage you to pay digitally through either debit or credit card, net banking or any other digital payment available, to use services on ALLMILES App. Any registration of debit or credit card will not be stored on ALLMILES App but is securely stored on the payment gateway which is PCI-DSS Compliant. We shall only charge your debit or credit card in the event of payment authorized by you before using the transport provider on agreed trip or upon cancellation in accordance with the cancellation terms, applicable.
  • ALLMILES App is mandated to make every attempt made by you to fulfil the booking in said area of state we operate in, however depending upon circumstances this is not always possible to achieve. This is to state that you hereby abide that the fare estimate, and estimated time of arrival are approximations only and the actual fare and time of arrival are subject to traffic levels, the weather and the availability of transport providers & you should not have any objection on the said subjects or otherwise
  • Please share the OTP with Kaptan only, when you sit in the designated vehicle being assigned to you from the system. Make sure that you identify the kaptan with the credentials given on your passenger app with kaptan details as Name, Vehicle Number & share the OTP when you are physically present in the vehicle.
  • Allowance of the pet (service / nonservice animal) inside the vehicle is at kaptan's discretion. ALLMILES shall not be responsible for not acceptance of the pet either at the beginning or during an ongoing ride.
  • We at ALLMILES strive to give our passengers the best experience, keeping that in mind we have placed a dedicated team as backend to support you 24X7 for your assistance
  • We at ALLMILES care for our esteemed passengers and we are following all the SOP guidelines laid by state government. We have also taken extra care to make sure passengers can enjoy the ride with comfort of safety by sanitizing our vehicles with Nano coating technology which has validity for a period of 30 days which can be understood from the certificate in the cabs & relevant fleets on the ALLMILES platform
  • You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in ALLMILES App belong to us (MEDIAMILES PRIVATE LIMITED), that rights in ALLMILES App are licensed (not sold) to you, and that you have no rights in, or to, ALLMILES App other than the right to use it in accordance with the terms of this License
  • You acknowledge that ALLMILES App is a generic services for CONSUMER/COMMUTER and that it does not service any particular individual what so ever in any individual capacity
  • You agree not to use ALLMILES App for any commercial, business, or commercial purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity, arising of the misuse of the said services provided
  • We are not responsible for any success/failure of the transport provider to carry out the booking and the transport provider is not a guaranteed service. All of the transport providers are licensed but may not be licensed in the area in which the booking is requested, or the service is to be provided and you use the transport provider at your own risk. We serve in the state as designated, any booking outside the boundary of state, unless stated, is not guaranteed for any loss, or claim purpose whatsoever
  • We take money in advance for all the rides in whatsoever format of vehicle with a ALLMILES BALANCE as minimum of INR 200 if the ride is being taken in CASH mode
  • Nothing in this License shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence
  • During the registration process, you will be required to provide us with personal information in order to enable ALLMILES App to function & to service you with utmost transparency. This information will be stored safely and securely on ALLMILES App & the backend system. We will use the personal information you provide to us to facilitate communication between you and the transport provider, to monitor usage of ALLMILES App and to process your payment
  • We may collect location data sent from your devices. You consent to us processing and using your location data. You may stop us collecting such data at any time by turning off the location services settings but that will hamper our service offerings when you book the trip
  • You will have the opportunity to restrict ALLMILES App from accessing certain parameters of your mobile device(s) however you acknowledge that this may directly or indirectly impede the functioning of the service
  • We will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect any personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss or damage
  • We will only give your personal information to third parties where the law either requires or allows us to do so

CANCELLATION POLICY: FOR PASSENGER

This policy determines the cancellation Terms & Conditions for a passenger, for their trips to be taken.

  • In the event that you use ALLMILES App, you indirectly authorizes us to make use of the Payment methods to book vehicle which are normally done by Digital Payments like debit or credit card or cash. A standard cancellation fee to cover the cost of administering the booking and subsequent cancellation will be levied. The amount of the cancellation fee is proportionate or can be direct flat fees depending upon the scenarios generated. Right now we have kept flat fees
  • The cancellation fee shall be payable upon each booking which is made and subsequently cancelled. The cancellation charges will be applied as per the Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellation of the transport provider anywhere in the state, should not be challenged in any court of law & that depending upon availability we may charge the premium prices, in certain conditions, during rush hours and or during night hours is completely accepted by you and you won’t held us liable for any action, whatsoever in this respect.
  • You are also to be informed that you need to pay the Parking Charges in Premium areas as this is cost to us like Airport, Premium District Areas, etc.., where this kind of pricing is mandatory.
  • We may terminate this License at any time without notice. We may also block your use of ALLMILES App if you breach these terms and conditions
  • You may terminate this License by deleting ALLMILES App from your mobile or other device(s)
  • Yes, you can cancel at any time. An intimation through email is good enough for cancelling the ALLMILES membership, however your records will be maintained in AllMiles systems for the audit purpose. Hence the deregistration/ cancellation will be a logical cancellation

We in providing our Transport Services, which demand to have many things in tandem and needs to be arranged sometimes on the fly, we are not in any way responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our transport obligations under this License that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. An "Event Outside Our Control" means any act or acts including event beyond our reasonable control, pandemic kind of situations, any act of GOD and/or likewise situations including government strike through strike of kaptans or government reason, vehicle not provided by Transporter, Any strike by the Transporter or any other event which is not under or control or any natural calamities like rains, heat or any other nature which may hamper our services to be provided.

  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under this License to another organization, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under this “License”
  • Each of the conditions of this License operates separately. If any court or competent authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining conditions will remain in full force and effect
  • As a consumer, please note that this License, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by Indian law. You and we both agree to that, any dispute arising would be settled in the court of law ONLY in the STATE of MAHARASHTRA, Mumbai jurisdiction

  • You need to have money in your ALLMILES app to pay for the convenience charges or a ride amount as designated for the booking to be done prepaid before you hatch the ride
  • This wallet called “ALLMILES BALANCE (AMB)” is closed loop wallet & would not be used for any other purpose
  • Please note, we would be charging convenience fees as per the Distance & time of the travel, & hence which needs to be strictly paid prior to the booking You need to also pay for the ride based on the standard traffic rate provided by State Government, prior to your travel
  • Card pre-authorization: This is not a charge and it will be removed from your bank statement. Depending on the financial institution, this will take anywhere between minutes and few weeks.
  • This amount corresponds to a pre-authorization. This are reserved funds that are put on hold by your card issuer, and they are performed to attempt to confirm the card information entered is valid and the bank will allow your transaction.

    Sometimes when you are registering your card in an app or website, you will see the same pre-authorization. In this case, this is referred to as card verification.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be notified when there is a change to terms and conditions, and you will be required to agree to any amendments. In any event, your continued use of ALLMILES App constitutes acceptance of such changes.
