Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy determines the cancellation Terms & Conditions for a passenger/kaptan, for their trips to be taken or performed.

PASSENGER :-
Point to Point Booking
  • In the situation that you use ALLMILES App, you directly/indirectly authorizes us to make use of the Payment methods to book Vehicle that you opt for to make Payments with debit/credit card/cash. The amount of the cancellation fee is proportionate or can be direct flat fees depending upon the scenarios generated, which keeps on updating with the scenarios & is regularly updated. To start with we have kept as a flat fees & subsequently it may/can be changed
  • The cancellation fee shall be payable upon each booking which is made and subsequently cancelled for the administrative + kaptan compensation charges incurred. A minimum charge of the relevant fare will be applied if you have booked and cancelled after 5 minutes, a flat fee of INR 50.00 inclusive GST would be levied upon
  • Cancellation of the Fleet/Transport provider (Bus, Taxi. 2 – 3 wheelers) from anywhere in India, should not be challenged in any court of law.
  • You are also to be informed that you need to pay the Parking Charges/Toll Charges in Premium areas, as levied by the government, as this is cost to us like Airport, Premium Business District Areas, etc.., where this kind of pricing is mandatory, which might be levied by private party/Government agencies.
Point to Point Scheduled Booking
  • As a mandate, the cancellation fee(s) shall be payable upon each booking which is made and subsequently cancelled, as this makes up for the administrative + kaptan compensation cost incurred to us. A minimum charge (s) of the relevant fare will be applied if you have pre-booked & have it cancelled, a flat fee of INR 100.00 inclusive GST, will be levied. Prospective passengers should duly take note of the same while booking the point to point scheduled booking. There will be no support on this/or any discussion on this will not be entertained, after the cancellation fees being levied
  • Cancellation of the Fleet/Transport provider (Bus, Taxi. 2 – 3 wheelers) from anywhere in India, should not be challenged in any court of law
PACKAGE BOOKING :-
Package Booking

OUTSTATION BOOKING :-
Outstation Booking
  • As a mandate, the cancellation fee(s) shall be payable upon each booking which is made and subsequently cancelled, as this makes up for the administrative + kaptan compensation cost incurred to us. A minimum charge (s) of the relevant fare will be applied if you have pre-booked & have it cancelled, a flat fee of INR 100.00 inclusive GST, will be levied. Prospective passengers should duly take note of the same while booking the point to point scheduled booking. There will be no support on this/or any discussion on this will not be entertained, after the cancellation fees being levied.
  • Cancellation of the Fleet/Transport provider (Bus, Taxi. 2 – 3 wheelers) from anywhere in India, should not be challenged in any court of law
  • (*** Cancellation fee is based on calculations that right now it is defined keeping Maharashtra as travel place, any inventory allocation is subject to planning a day in advance, hence the interest of vehicle owner has to be maintained so that kaptan partner are encouraged for such bookings & they look forward for business like wise).
KAPTAN :-

Kaptan is focal point of any transportation services & he is the one who actually drives the business. Being services industry we comply to all the laws as prescribed in the mandated government guidelines with best of the industry practices to be followed & keep in control the strict guidelines adherence to be able to give that standard to the services seeked from passengers. Following are cancellation policies, in line with the said accord

  • A standard cancellation fee to cover the cost of administering the booking and subsequent cancellation will be levied. The amount of the cancellation fee is proportionate or can be direct flat fees depending upon the scenarios generated, which keeps on updating with the scenarios & is regularly updated. To start with we have kept as a flat fees & subsequently it may/can be changed
  • The cancellation fee shall be payable upon each booking which is accepted and subsequently cancelled, for the administrative charges incurred. A minimum charge of the relevant fare will be applied, right now we have kept a flat fee of INR 50.00 inclusive GST
  • The cancellation fee shall be payable upon each pre-booking which is accepted and subsequently cancelled, for the administrative charges incurred. A minimum charge of the relevant fare will be applied, right now we have kept a flat fee of INR 75.00 inclusive GST
  • Cancellation charges of the Fleet/Transport provider (Bus, Taxi. 2 – 3 wheelers) from anywhere in India, should not be challenged in any court of law

REFUND POLICY

This policy defines the REFUND Policy with Terms & Conditions for a passenger, for their respective rides to be taken or performed on ALLMILES platform. Passengers are urged to take the note of the following as this will be part of the Refund Policy which we define considering the interest of the passenger.

  • In the event that you use ALLMILES App Services & ALLMILES Portal or for that matter any other Digital Solution from AllMILES for booking, & due to known circumstances you cancel your ride, then the paid amount would be automatically added to the ALLMILES (AM) Balance. This AM Balance can be reused for further booking of the Fleet being used, for paying the fees for rides. This Balance which will be added would be updated after deducting the cancellation charges as applicable. The amount of the cancellation fee is proportionate or can be direct flat fees depending upon the scenarios generated. In the beginning this are kept as a flat fees & subsequently it may/can be changed
  • 5 months is validity for refund of the amount, post 5 months, the AM(ALLMILES) balance can be only used for the services & no refund of the balance
  • In case the rides are cancelled by the Kaptan, whose was assigned your duty, the paid amount will be added to ALLMILES Balance straight away & can be used for further rides
  • In case of ride accepted & not being served by Kaptan, your amount would be directed to ALLMILES Balance, which can be used for further ALLMILES rides or can be refunded to the said payment instrument that the payment was originally made from
  • In case of any failed transaction depending upon the time of disconnect of the payment process, it would be credited through payment gateway, to your payment instrument (Credit card, Debit card, etc..) or it will get credited to your ALLMILES balance. It is also duty of the passenger to check with his respective payment instrument holder (Bank, Wallet. Etc..) for checking if that amount is being debited & subsequent period need to be given to us to do the reconciliation as per standard banking cycle
  • In case you want refund of all the money from ALLMILES Balance, the refund process of the eligible transactions (maximum of available balance) will be initiated by the user from the Application, through “REFUND” option in the mobile app. Any transaction which is done within 5 month will be considered as eligible refund transaction time. If user have ALLMILES balance available and there isn’t any eligible transaction for refund, they can then utilize the remaining amount for the services offered by ALLMILES. The requested balance will be refunded to user’s account from which the transaction has been made after deducting the bank charges & necessary administrative expenses incurred
  • REFUND of the balance would be done after applicable charges/taxes are being deducted. Please make sure that you get your refund money calculations accordingly. There are standard 7-10 working cycle calculations & the same should not be challenged in any court of law & that depending upon availability we may charge the premium prices, in certain conditions, during rush hours and or during night hours is completely accepted by you
  • The refund request will be processed within 7-10 working cycle days from ALLMILES and it will be credited to beneficiary account as per the bank standard refund policies
