Yes. You need to register the first time you book your ride with ALLMILES, with ALLMILES APP

Some important reasons on why you should register with ALLMILES.

To create an account, the user has to sign-up with relevant details on the ALLMILES app using just his/her mobile number. Your account shall be created once you verify your mobile number using the OTP (One Time Password) received on the registered mobile number given. That’s it, you are ready to GO.

If your Mobile number is already registered on ALLMILES, then also you need to get your OTP every time you login, you do not have to put OTP unless you have logged out and need to LOGIN.

You will be assigned an OTP every time you log into the application, this step is needed from Security perspective & you not remembering password every time.

Allow the app to access your device location, check the setting on your phone to do so. On opening the app, you will be able to view ALLMILES VEHICLE near your location. Mark your pickup (By default it would be your device location) and drop location (Location where you want to go), choose the preferred vehicle type for your commute (SEDAN, HATCHBACK, SUV & MUV or any other fleet shown in the app), and select the CONFIRM option. Post CONFIRM, calculate your ride estimate, AGAINST EACH TYPE OF VEHICLE, then confirm your booking. Simple, Isn’t it?

Yes, you will be able to track your vehicle’s location on the map before booking & after your booking is confirmed. You can check the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) in which your kaptan will pick you up from the provided location.

Yes, you can request for a preferred choice of vehicle, as SEDAN, HATCHBACK, SUV & MUV/BUS or any other fleet being shown in the app. But, there is no option to request for a particular kaptan.

As of now, you will be asked to cancel your current booking and rebook another vehicle.

There are no cancellation charges applied if you cancel the ride before 5 minutes, after 5 minutes you would be charged.

No, two people cannot register using the same mobile number, if it is done, then by default after verification process, the first login will get logged out automatically. So, make sure that your mobile number & OTP works on only 1 mobile at a time concurrently.

You have to submit your mobile number in order to register with us. This process will take less than a minute.

No, that option is not available as of now, but in future it will be for surely available. The default language is set to English.

NO, as of now you can’t do that. But going further, you can book two or more VEHICLES at the same time for different destinations by choosing the “Book Another Vehicle” option in the app.

No, you cannot book vehicle on a weekly or monthly basis in the app. You need to do it every time when you need it. We will get the schedule rides & outstation rides soon in the app. Please keep on checking this space /update your app for the same

There are AC Vehicles available, as of now. However, depending upon situation, the customer can ask the kaptan to turn off the AC if required.

NO, the kaptan will not be able to view your phone number as all numbers are masked. The calls would be routed through the call centre.

YES, as of now that feature is not available but going further this would be very much feasible. We will keep updating you for the same

YES. You can very well do that, most of the things are designed for your safety & security & to minimize communication with kaptan, Mobile app will let you have all the data that is required such as ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), Distance to be covered, & rate the kaptan after the ride is done.

No. There are no cameras in our VEHICLES as the company values the customer’s privacy.

There is a 5-minute courtesy wait. Subsequently, a waiting charges will be levied per minute. Please keep on checking this apce or updating your app to know the exact amount

Yes, the service will be prompt on prior booking. There are no additional charges.

Yes. In the case of a breakdown during a short ride, the entire travel charges will be cancelled/waived. However, in the case of a breakdown during longer rides, flat discounts will be given to the customers.

You will receive your receipt via default in the Mobile app, MENU section of “My Rides”.

Yes, ALLMILES TAXI are available 24*7. For other fleets, there will be operational timetable, Please enquire with ALLMILES Support team

NO, We have always believed in Transparency & Also the COVID-19 safety norms, hence we would be going only with Digital Payments

As of now, we do not offer Taxis on a sharing basis. Rest of the vehicles are offered on shared basis

Every ride comes with discounted & no surge charge structure, by offering such benefits we take all the money in prepaid before allocating the ride to you. You can pay by any Digital means (Credit Card, Net Banking, E-Wallets) linked with the ALLMILES app

After every ride, both users and kaptans are given the opportunity to rate each other based on their trip experience.

No, Parking charges and toll will be extra and has to paid by the customer at actuals

YES, you need to load Minimum INR 200 & Maximum INR 10,000 for you to book ride on ALLMILES APP, unless you are paying the exact ride money on the go

YES, we would refund you with all the charges that is within AMB (ALLMILES Balance), when you are done with travelling, minus any cancellation/conveyance charges, if any.

Please share the OTP with Kaptan only, when you sit in the designated VEHICLE being assigned to you from the system. Make sure that you identify the kaptan with the credentials given on your passenger app with kaptan details as Name, Vehicle Number & share the OTP when you are physically present in the VEHICLE.

PACKAGE BOOKING:

You can rent a ALLMILES car if you are 18 years or above.

You can go to ALLMILES APP and click on PACKAGE TAB,

Note: ALLMILES VEHICLES (Intercity & Intracity) can be booked over the app only. We will soon be launching it on the “ALLMILES” website soon.

Your vehicle will reach to the designated place of your pickup being mentioned in the app. All the cars are delivered and collected free of cost to the address specified at the time of making a booking.

YES. The car will be driven as per the location and time specified in the app while booking and needs to be stopped either with KM reach or Hours ended as per the package.

For PACKAGE, we have Sedan, Hatchback and SUV-MUV in our fleet

NO, Customer need not pay for the fuel charges based on the usage

you need to pay in advance with all digital payment instrument available in the market, which is available on the platform already

NO, we only accept Digital Payment

No Worries, you can still use the car but you need to pay as per the KMs or over & above charges.

All of the above rates are subjected to change without prior notice, as there are various dependencies for us to change the rates. Customer are advised to check the rates before they book the ride

The assessment made by the ALLMILES kaptan on the differentiated amount will be final.

Guest needs to inform ALLMILES in advance for PACKAGE extension. An extension either in KMs or Time limit is binding for even 1 minute of exceeding, as this being system driven you are binded to end the trip if you don’t wish to get charged. You need to pay in advance for the extended time or KMs as per designated rates of Per KM as below and also for time getting extended:

To avoid paying any extension fee we request our guest to extend the booking prior to finishing time and or KMs through the app ONLY

In case there is any change in the plans i.e.: If your travel dates, or pick up/ drop location changes ahead of time, you can easily modify your already reserved rental with ALLMILES at no additional modification fee. ALLMILES provides you complete flexibility, ease and control over your car package experience by letting you change your dates, city or even the car model.

As per ALLMILES cancellation policy, if the booking is cancelled:

Cars will be available at all locations, unless specified due to unavoidable circumstances. ALLMILES holds the right to refuse the package trip to be started at any anonymous public place which it considers inappropriate.
