Kaptan (Driver) Cancellation & Refund Policy !

At AllMiles, we strive to provide reliable, transparent, and fair services to both our passengers and driver-partners (“Kaptans”). This policy outlines the rules regarding cancellations and refunds to ensure smooth operations and to cover the administrative and operational costs associated with each booking.

“In this document, ‘Kaptan’ or ‘Driver’, whether used together or individually, shall refer to the person duly registered with AllMiles as a driver-partner, authorized to operate a licensed vehicle/taxi for the purpose of transporting passengers.”

General Terms
  • Cancellation fees are levied to compensate for time, resources, and operational expenses incurred due to cancellations.
  • Fees may be charged either as a flat fee or as a percentage of the total fare, depending on the type of ride, booking category, and timing of cancellation.
  • All fees are inclusive of GST and may be revised from time to time.
Cancellation Policy
  • A standard cancellation fee will be levied to cover administrative and operational costs arising from booking and subsequent cancellation.
  • The cancellation fee may be charged as either a flat fee or a percentage of the fare, depending on the ride category and the circumstances of cancellation. The applicable fee structure will be updated from time to time.
  • For on-demand bookings, a minimum flat fee of INR 50 (inclusive of GST) may apply.
  • For pre-booked rides, a minimum flat fee of INR 75 (inclusive of GST) may apply.
  • Cancellation charges once applied are final and non-refundable, except in cases of verified system error or incorrect charge.
Cancellation Charges
  • If a cancellation fee has been incorrectly charged, Kaptan may raise a complaint within 12 Hours of booking time via the AllMiles support channel.
  • Verified cases will be refunded to the registered account method within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will not apply in cases where cancellation charges are validly levied under this policy.
Legal & Compliance
  • AllMiles complies with applicable laws and government transport regulations
  • By confirming a booking on the AllMiles platform, passengers and Kaptans agree to abide by this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • Cancellation charges are non-negotiable and shall not be disputed.
Policy Updates

AllMiles reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at its sole discretion, subject to applicable laws. Updates will be communicated through the app or official website, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Limitation of Liability
  • AllMiles’ liability, under all circumstances, is strictly limited to the amount paid by the Passenger for the specific booking in dispute.
  • AllMiles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of time, income, or business opportunities.
