ALLMILES CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Passenger Cancellation Policy !

This policy defines the rules and conditions related to trip cancellations by passengers, whether scheduled or in progress.

General Terms
  • All cancellation charges, waiting charges, tolls, parking charges, and other levies are as per actual and final, non-refundable, and may be revised from time to time.
  • The applicable fee will be deducted automatically through the chosen payment method (wallet, card, UPI, cash) or adjusted against future rides via AllMiles Balance.
  • AllMiles acts only as a facilitator and is not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of the Kaptan, fleet operators, or third-party service providers.
  • All cancellations are governed by this Policy. Users agree that cancellation fees and related charges are final and non-disputable.
  • The cancellation fee may either be a fixed flat amount or proportionate to the estimated fare, depending on the booking scenario. These charges are reviewed and updated from time to time by AllMiles. Initially, a flat fee applies; however, AllMiles reserves the right to revise, increase, or vary such fees without prior notice.
Cancellation by Passenger
  • Point-to-Point Rides: (Local / Package / Outstation)

    • Free cancellation if done within 3 minutes of booking.
    • INR 100 (incl. GST) flat fee if cancelled after 3 minutes but before driver arrival.
    • INR 100 (incl. GST) or up to 50% of the fare (whichever is higher) if cancelled after driver arrival at pickup point.
    • Exception:For outstation booking cancellation anytime after confirmation a Flat fee of INR 100 (incl. GST) will be applicable.
  • Scheduled / Pre-Booked Rides: (Local / Package / Outstation)

    • INR 200 (incl. GST) flat fees if cancelled within 30 minutes of booking.
    • 25% of fare if cancelled up to 2 hours before pickup time.
    • 50% of fare if cancelled less than 2 hours before pickup time.
    • If the rider fails to board the vehicle within 10 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, it will be treated as a No-Show, and 100% of the fare will be charged.
    • If the rider cancels after the scheduled pickup time, it will be treated as a full cancellation, and 100% of the fare will be charged.
  • Cancellation by Kaptan: (Local / Package / Outstation)

    • If a confirmed ride is cancelled by the Kaptan, the entire booking amount will be credited back to the Passenger’s AllMiles Balance or original payment method.
    • Repeated kaptan-side cancellations may lead to penalties/suspension of the Kaptan (internal action).
Refund Policy
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days as per banking cycles.
  • Amounts credited to AllMiles Balance must be used within 5 months; thereafter, they will lapse and are non-refundable.
  • Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and administrative costs will be deducted before refund processing.
  • Refunds will be made only to the original payment source or credited to AllMiles Balance at the company’s discretion.
  • In case of failed or incomplete transactions, reconciliation will follow the standard banking cycle.
Force Majeure

No cancellation fee or liability shall apply if cancellation is due to events beyond control such as:

  • Natural calamities
  • Government restrictions or strikes
  • Technical downtime or system outages
Limitation of Liability
  • AllMiles’ liability, under all circumstances, is strictly limited to the amount paid by the Passenger for the specific booking in dispute.
  • AllMiles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of time, income, or business opportunities.
