Manage the Tourist Transportation & make the journey of Commuting worth spending time with end-to-end operations managed on a Mobile App. We are serving more than 52,000 Employees on a daily basis in Pune, we are being entrusted to offer the model for tourist now and we are looking out for AVP-Operations for this path breaking operations in GOA, hinterland where such model is not being tried and tested.

Base KRA would be to make things accessible & operational for all stakeholders (Employee, Transport Manager, Driver, Organisation) have peace of mind through defined parameters to get the best utilization of Taxi as a Service through Mobile App as a service to their helm. JOB Summary

Designated as AVP-Operations (Assistant Vice President – Operations) you will be the strategic leader to manage multiple operations teams at GOA projects and formulate a single point strategy for the operations to attune it’s required goals & settings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage in the state of GOA, the teams deployed for site implementations, hardware management and support
  • Manage the product support team responsible to maintain a high level of customer delight by maintaining the required TAT (Turn Around Time)
  • Systematically cultivate and maintain long-term, collaborative relationship with key stakeholders and with selected organizations to achieve mutual goals
  • Facilitate the development of project, maintenance & monitoring of organizational plans
  • Responsible for the development of the project & management of the annual operating budgets
  • Help in developing of project in operations as envisaged through your KRAs and building a range of future ready products and services which would always be a few steps ahead of competition & Customer demand
  • Keep up to date on issues affecting the local taxi transport news & scenarios and develops strategies to address these issues
  • Actively seeks out opportunities for investment for Value Added Services & Like wise, revenue generation and strategic partnerships
  • Represent COMPANY in transportation to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships for the benefit of the organization
  • Develops innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiency and effectiveness



  • Graduate Minimum
  • 6-7 years’ experience in a similar position in an upscale Hospitality industry partner
  • Need to have knowledge of Hospitality Industry
  • Ability to communicate in English, Hindi & Konkani, both verbally and in writing
  • Compute basic arithmetic to apprehend sales quotas & achievements through PPT
  • Make own, personal & customized PPT based on Taxi World of Drivers, Tourists Feedback on continuous basis
  • Make Slides on Power points, represent numbers on excel sheets to make up & report sales numbers

Job Description:

As AVP - Operations you will be the strategic leader to manage multiple operations teams (Manage resources involved in product implementation, Product Support, Hardware Management & Support, Coordinating with Tech teams for Regular enhancements & 2nd level of products Growth )

  • Carry the DNA of Operations as SBU (Special Business Unit) Head, to derive satisfaction from all operational duties bestowed upon
  • You will set goals, monitor work, and evaluate results to ensure that departmental and organizational objectives and operating requirements are met for your team and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization
  • You will work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions
  • You will ensures that the organization is well positioned in a rapidly evolving yet challenging environment by being an agent for ongoing organizational change
  • The position ensures that strategies are clearly understood by all stakeholders and that the organization achieving its strategic goals at the optimum pace
  • You will ensure highly productive relationships and partnerships for the benefit of the organization


  • Individual must possess a minimum of 10 years combined leadership experience including five to eight years in a senior management, involving operational excellence & a clear cut track record of handling the operations end to end, in Travel industry for sure
  • Should have demonstrated Leadership in turning around the SBU to profit-centre
  • Must have direct management experience with large-scale initiatives involving significant monetary amounts and implications, a large staff, and involving diverse stakeholder groups
